This is a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 5% Carignan, 5% Mourvdre grown in stony and sandy terroir with terraces of round galets. The fruit is de stemmed. Fermentation is induced using only indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine is then aged in new barrels for 3 4 months.
