Malahat Spiced RumMalahat Spirit Co. sought out to create a spiced rum like no other. Their only criteria was that they had to love it, and it had to be unique. Over a period of five months, they took every herb and spice that they could find and monitored them separately in their Rum to see what flavors they wanted. After adjusting for proportions, they came up with a final recipe. The bouquet is distinctly fragrant and surprising a unique blend of about a dozen
