This whisky is a beautiful combination of sweet peat smoke with a bold sherry cask influence. Nose: Maritime character, hints of smoke, and seaweed. Palate: Peaty and bold, with a creamy mouthfeel. Dark chocolate and caramel flavours. Finish: Long, warming finish with lingering smoke. Distilled: 2007 70cl 50. 7%
