Does not have molded in inserts or cut out for bladder, since it is designed to hold the fuel directly in tank. Use special tank bolts to hold this tank onto car. Note: photo shows cap assembly, but it is not included. This cap assembly requires the use of (2) 41 581406 9 16" o ring port
